There should be something in the morning breakfast that not only to satisfy hunger. Rather, it also benefits health. In such a situation, if you are bored by eating breakfast like Poha and Upma every day. So this time make a cheela of moong and try it. Along with being delicious, they are digestible. And everyone will like the small to the big house. It is not too difficult to make it. So let’s know how moong cheela is made.


Material:



  • Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup

  • Green Coriander-1-2 spoon (chopped)

  • Green chili – 1 (chopped)

  • Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)

  • Cumin – 1/2 spoon

  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon

  • Red chili powder – 1/2 spoon

  • salt to taste

  • Water – 1/2 cup (as per requirement)

  • Oil-1-2 spoon (to fry)


Method:

  1. Prepare gram flour solution:
    Add gram flour in a vessel and add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin, green chillies, ginger and salt. Then gently add water and prepare a thick solution. Whisk the solution well so that there is no lump in it.




  2. Add coriander:
    Now add chopped green coriander and mix.




  3. Heat the griddle:
    Heat a pan or non-stick pan on medium heat and add some oil to it. When the oil is hot, pour the mixture of the chila with a spoon on the pan and spread it in a round shape.




  4. Cook:
    Allow the chila to cook from one side for 2-3 minutes, until it becomes golden and crispy. Then turn it over and cook till the other side becomes golden on the other side.

  1. Serve:
    Remove the prepared chila in a plate and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

  • You can also add vegetables (eg: capsicum, carrot, cabbage) as per your choice.

  • You can also eat it with curd, which will increase its taste even more.
