According to meteorologist Dr. Atul Singh, a new phase of rain will begin in eastern Uttar Pradesh from 16 June, which will gradually move towards the western parts of the state. During this period, the maximum and minimum temperatures may fall from 5 to 7 degrees Celsius, which will also relieve the humid heat.

District of Central UP:

Kaushambi, Fatehpur, Pratapgarh, Ambedkar Nagar, Amethi, Sultanpur, Ayodhya, Rae Bareli, Barabanki, Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Sitapur, Hardoi.

Districts of Western UP:
