New Delhi: Period pain can be a serious problem for women. Severe cramps in the stomach and waist, fatigue and restlessness affect the energy throughout the day. Many times one has to resort to medicines, but it is not appropriate to take medicines every time. A simple home remedy of jaggery and hot water can solve this problem. Jaggery not only provides energy to the body, but also reduces pain by relaxing the muscles. In Ayurveda, it is considered highly effective for period pain, and you will start feeling its effects in the very first attempt.
