Rajgira flour
Ghee
Sugar
Milk
Raisins
Dry fruits
Raisins


Method


- To make sheera, first, boil the milk well and heat the ghee in a pan.


- After the ghee is heated, add Rajgira flour to it and fry it well.


- It will not take you much time to fry this flour.



- Within just 7 to 10 minutes, a mild fragrance will start coming from it.


- Keep in mind that the flame has to be kept low. Now add boiled milk to it.


- Keep stirring it well while adding it. After 4 to 5 minutes, add sugar to it.


- Now let it dissolve. Then add raisins, dry fruits and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Rajgira sheera is ready.
