B ollywood music composer and singer Ajay Gogavale makes his singing debut in Kannada cinema with Peter, starring Rajesh Dhruva and Raviksha in lead roles. Speaking to us, the film’s director Sukesh Shetty says, “Music plays a pivotal role in this film and we were on the lookout for a voice that could do justice to Joshu Jawani (the song) and capture the spirit of the film.”

Ritviik Muralidhar, the music director of the film, stated, “Ajay’s ability to channel raw emotion through his singing made him the perfect fit. In fact, Joshu Jawani is Ajay’s first-ever Kannada song .”
