1. Frequent urination
If you urinate more than 6-7 times a day, or sleep 2-3 times a day, it may be a sign of extracting extra glucose from the body.
2. Frequent thirst
When the body removes more glucose through urin, dehydration starts, which makes the desire to drink water again and again. This is a classic sign of diabetes.
3. Constant tired feeling
In spite of sugar in the blood, if the body is not getting energy, then you will be tired all the time. This happens when the body is not able to reach glucose in cells through insulin.
4. Sudden weight loss
If you have not changed the diet, yet in a few weeks the weight lost – then it is a danger bell. The body starts breaking muscles and fat when it is unable to use glucose as energy.
5. Weak eyesight
When the level of blood sugar is high, it affects the lens of the eye, causing blur. Ignoring it can cause permanent eye damage.
