Millions of Sky TV, broadband and home phone customers are to be hit with price rises starting from Wednesday (April 1). The monthly increases start at £1, and those affected have already been informed.
The price changes were confirmed by the company last month, but exact changes vary by customer depending on the products and packages they have opted for. Most broadband customers will face a monthly increase of £3, or £36 a year, Sky has confirmed. While home phone bills will increase by £1 a month, or £12 a year.
Consumer website MoneySavingExpert added that 'base' and 'premium' TV packages are to rise by between £1 a month (£12 per year) and £3 a month (£36 per year).
Sky reportedly previously confirmed that most Sky Mobile customers would see price hikes of £1.50 per month from mid-February.
Some Sky products are not seeing changes in prices, including Sky's broadband social tariff and certain TV add-ons like Multiscreen, HD/UHD and Kids, according to MoneySavingExpert.
A Sky spokesperson previously said: "These updates will allow us to continue investing in delivering fast broadband, the best entertainment and live sport, and services our customers can rely on, while managing rising costs faced across the industry."
