A UK-based travel company specialising in holidays to America, including Disney World and Universal Studios, has shut down. All flights and holiday packages booked through Simply Florida Travel Ltd have reportedly been cancelled after the firm stopped trading and the website shut down.

The Glasgow-based agency offered holiday packages to destinations including Disneyland, Disney World, Universal Studios, New York City, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Miami and a range of cruises. Companies House records show that the independent operator applied to be struck off the register on October 13, 2025.

It was officially dissolved on January 6 and ceased trading as an Air Travel Organisers' Licensing scheme-protected provider on January 20, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The company's website has been taken offline.

The Air Travel Organisers' Licensing scheme (ATOL) is a UK consumer protection programme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority.

It protects customers who book package holidays or flights with registered travel companies.
