From creamy cappuccinos to rich roasts, Britain is a nation of coffee drinkers who take the perfect brew very seriously.
But new research has revealed that we also love experimentation, with 68% exploring different flavours and unusual twists in their daily drink.
Nespresso is embracing the new rules of coffee culture with a fresh selection of serves, available at London's Covent Garden Piazza from April 14 to 19.
The event is part of Vertuo World, a campaign inspired by Nespresso's new global brand ambassador Dua Lipa.
The Recipe Remix features a variety of unexpected coffee flavour combinations, including a twist on the pop star's viral recipe with a Pickled Coffee Cola - a Nespresso Double Espresso Chiaro Vertuo pod brewed over ice and combined with diet cola and pickle brine. A coffee-based twist on the internet-breaking combo, already shared and recreated by millions around the world.
Meanwhile, The 'Love It or Hate It' Latte fuses two cult favourites - Marmite and avocado - into one unapologetically divisive sip.
Recipes at the pop-up will be created using the new Nespresso Vertuo Up machine and visitors can also enjoy prizes from a coffee machine to an Aeroccino milk frother and more, immersive photo opportunities and free coffee serves.
Dua Lipa said: "I have grown up with Nespresso. There's always been a Nespresso machine nearby - at home with my family, on set, or in a hotel room - so teaming up with them was a really easy decision.
"I just love how they are always exploring new flavours and finding ways to evolve as a brand. Working together has already been loads of fun, and it's just the beginning."
Research conducted for Nespresso found that Gen Z are most likely to embrace unusual flavour combinations, with 59% creating viral or unusual recipes they've seen online. London is the capital of experimentation with 49% saying they enjoy weird and unexpected drink combinations.
Jeannie Wood, marketing director at Nespresso, said: "What we're seeing is a real shift in how people approach coffee. It's no longer just about routine - it's about exploration, creativity and discovery. The Nespresso Recipe Remix is about giving people the freedom to experiment and showing just how far coffee can go."
Nespresso's Covent Garden pop-up is open from Tuesday April 14 to Sunday April 19. Free Recipe Remix serves will be available in select boutiques from April 16.

Salted Affogoilto - an affogato inspired by Italy's sweltering summers, combining sumptuous vanilla gelato with a Nespresso Altissio Vertuo pod, before being generously sprinkled with flaky sea salt and a luxurious olive oil drizzle.
