Prabhas's 'Kalki 2898 AD' is on top 3 in the list of much awaited films of this year. There is a huge buzz everywhere about the picture. The film is going to hit the theaters on June 27. Nag Ashwin's film has been made with a budget of Rs 600 crore. The making of the film was started in the year 2020, but due to the lockdown the game got spoiled. This film was started under the name of Project K, later it was named 'Kalki 2898 AD'. This story will take place in a dystopian future. Nag Ashwin has already told that the story of the picture will start from the Mahabharata period, after which the events of the next 6000 years will also be shown. Let me just say that Nag Ashwin is creating such a universe whose four characters will create havoc! Prabhas has already been a part of such a different world, when SS Rajamouli had prepared 'Baahubali'.

1. Prabhas: This film has been given a modern touch along with mythology. Perhaps this is the reason why watching some parts of the teaser reminds me of films like 'Dune'. It was said in old media reports that Prabhas is going to play the role of Lord Vishnu in this film. According to Hindu mythology, 'Kalki' is the 10th incarnation of Vishnu. It has been said that when the terrible Kalyug will come, then this incarnation of Lord Vishnu 'Kalki' will incarnate. This is because Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of Ashwatthama in the film. Some time ago, a promo of his was released, in which a glimpse of Amitabh Bachchan's young look was also seen. It was revealed that Deepika Padukone is going to play the character of 'Padma' in 'Kalki 2898 AD'. According to Hindu beliefs, Padma is the wife of Kalki. It is said in Kalki Purana that Padma is the child of Kaumudi, the wife of King Brihadratha of Sinhala. Along with this, she is also considered to be the incarnation of Mother Lakshmi.

4. Kamal Haasan: The film is being made on a big scale. Meanwhile, a big update has come out regarding Kamal Haasan. According to media reports, he is going to be the main villain in the film.
