Ganesh Chaturthi 2024: According to the Panchang, Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated on the Chaturthi date of the Shukla Paksha of the Bhadrapada month (Ganesh Chaturthi) is celebrated.

On which day will Ganesh Chaturthi fast be observed?


According to the Panchang, the Chaturthi date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month is starting from 12:09 pm on Friday, September 6 and will be at 2:06 pm on the next day, Saturday, September 7.


According to the Udaya date, the fast of Ganesh Chaturthi will be observed on September 7 only.


It will be auspicious to observe fast on this day and from this day onwards, Lord Ganesha can be worshipped. After this, Ganeshotsav will conclude with Anant Chaturdashi on Tuesday, 17 September.


Auspicious time of Ganesh Chaturthi Puja


This year Ganesh Chaturthi Puja will be performed on 7th September, Saturday. The auspicious time for Puja on this day is between 11:03 am to 1:34 pm. It is believed that devotees receive the special blessings of Lord Ganesha by performing Puja in the auspicious time.


Some auspicious yogas are being formed on Ganesh Chaturthi this year. Worshiping in auspicious yoga is also considered extremely beneficial.
